UNIQUE SHED WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

VINSEAL3P is a three component Acrylic based liquid cold applied coating, highly- resilient waterproofing
system for metal sheds, based on newly developed plasticized and acrylic binder system with high water
resistant pigments. It cures on exposure to the atmosphere and forms a membrane on joint with the
help of made-up fabric applied with it. After drying membrane forms a layer which is further non
cracking and flexible with expansion and contraction, and doesn’t crack on heavy rain and prevents
water flow in joints.

  1. Material is provided in sets of 900 running foot, with the width of 4” 
  2. Material is provided in sets of 450 running foot, with the width of 6” o 6 kg & 3 kg UVSafe top coat

Directions for Use

Surface Preparation

Prior to application of VINSEA3P, ensure to clean the substrate which should be free from all the dust, foreign particles, loose aggregate and oil grease etc. This can be done with the help of soft scrubber, water jetting or as required. Efficient surface preparation is essential to achieve high adhesive quality of the product.

Application

VINSEAL-3P can be applied using brush. After cleaning of surface apply 1st coat of the coating material and then immediately apply wet made up fabric, give 1 hour to get base bonding, now apply 2nd coat and let it be air dry for 24 -48 hours. Post 48 hours apply the final coat of UVsafe top coat.
